Shipping policy
- We only deliver to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, excluding remote outlying areas.
- We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.
- Once you have indicated your address and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted.
- Our standard delivery time is 1 - 4 working days from receipt of your order.
- You may be required to show proof of identity to the courier driver on delivery.
- In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged or the packaging seal is broken, please do:
- Inspect the parcel with the driver and record any damage or missing items on the courier waybill
- If possible, take a photo showing your observations and email to: info@superfansa.co.za
- Ask the driver to sign the waybill where you have recorded your observation and signed.
- Should you not wish to accept the parcel, you may decline delivery and emailing us at: info@superfansa.co.za so that we can expedite a replacement order for you.

- Superfan SA reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts at the owner's discretion.
